“My friends told me about Abraço Campeao and how good it was, but I was embarrassed to go and didn’t know how I would be received. But when I got here everyone was really friendly and enthusiastic. It feels like everyone likes each other here. 

I knew about the boxing here, but I didn't have the courage to start. I was really shy… but I started training and after a few months, little by little I started opening up. I lost my shyness, I started boxing and now I love it.”
